Firegold Blend 3 Blood Orange
This is the third release in our Firegold series, which was aged on the fruit and peel of Moro Blood oranges from Murray Family Farms. This version is slightly less tart than blend 2 with Tangerines. Super dry but with a sweet tart flavor reminiscent of gummy candy. And the aroma has a mild spiciness that reminds me of curry spices.

Berlinerish Blend 1
This is the first release in a series that we’re planning of barrel-fermented Berliner Weisse inspired beers. We plan to bottle fruited and un-fruited versions of these beers. These batches are fermented with a different mixed-culture than the rest of our beers. The berliner culture is an evolving blend of at least 22 different strains of brett and 3 strains of lactobacillus, which at this point we’ve been keeping alive for 6 months, and hope to have around for many years to come. Berlinerish is very light and refreshing; showcasing the more tropical flavors that brettanomyces can produce.

Ex Luna Saison
This beer is the result of our first blending session with the Single Barrel Syndicate. It’s a mix of 4 different beers aged between 3 and 9 months. 30% Simple Saison, 30% Spelt Saison, 15% Hoppy Saison (firegold base), and 15% Saaz Sour. It was dry hopped with Ekuanot.
