Barrel Fermented Saison aged on Marion Blackberries

This is a blend of 2 beers aged on 2lb per gallon of whole organic Marion Blackberries. This version is much more fruit forward than the recent Raspberry Saison, which had half the fruit per gallon. The Marion version is deep purple in color, very carbonated, and super jammy with interesting subtle herbal notes. This beer was packaged from one 59 gallon red wine barrels, producing one keg (which was at the Hermosillo a couple months ago for Saison Day) and 180 750ml bottles. No 375ml bottles for this release. This beer was officially released during our LA Beer Week cheese pairing with Alex from Vagabond. The remaining bottles are online for members only, and will not be released to the public.

  • Bottle sales are available to Single Barrel Syndicate members first, then remaining bottles will be put online to the public.
  • Buy and ship one bottle at a time, or we’ll hang on to your purchased bottles and will ship only when you want!
  • Ready to ship? Simply buy a shipping box for $10.00 at checkout, and we’ll ship your orders (past and new) all at once.
  • Arrangements can also be made to pick up your bottles. Due to possible fluctuations of pick up locations, you must email Info@CelladorAles.com to coordinate pick up. 2 days notice is appreciated, but not required
  • Shipments are dropped once a week every Tuesday
