++Good Centennial – Barrel fermented wild saison aged in red wine barrels and dry hopped with Centennial. Tropical aromas with lots of wood character and some brett funk.
Mas – Barrel fermented spelt saison aged in Brettanomyces infected Malbec barrels with late harvest peaches and nectarines from Masumoto Family Farms.
Apricot Atavism – Blend of barrel aged wild ales with spent organic apricots from See Canyon Fruit Ranch in San Luis Obispo. Tart and balanced with a good amount of brett funk.
