Brett Berliner with Cherries
This is the second release in our fruited berliner series. The label says “tart cherry” but it actually also has sweet cherries. After the initial addition of tart cherries were added, we wanted more cherry flavor and color, so we did a second fruiting on dark sweet cherries. This beer has a deep red color, great cherry flavor, and is decently sour. The tart cherries gave it cinnamon and cherry pie flavors. You’ll notice that this cherry version and the nectarine version both say “blend 2.” Both releases were a blend of 2 barrels that we then split between the different fruits; so they have the same base beer.
IMPORTANT! This beer is highly carbonated. Please chill for at least 24 hours and have a glass ready to pour. It might come up a bit out of the bottle. You’ve been warned!!
Available in 375ml and 750ml bottles. This beer was packaged from a single neutral red wine barrel, which yielded 225 375ml bottles, 70 750ml bottles, and 1 keg. Cheers! -Kevin Osborne

- Bottle sales are available to Single Barrel Syndicate members first, then remaining bottles will be put online to the public.
- Buy and ship one bottle at a time, or we’ll hang on to your purchased bottles and will ship only when you want!
- Ready to ship? Simply buy a shipping box for $10.00 at checkout, and we’ll ship your orders (past and new) all at once.
- Arrangements can also be made to pick up your bottles. Due to possible fluctuations of pick up locations, you must email Info@CelladorAles.com to coordinate pick up. 2 days notice is appreciated, but not required
- Shipments are dropped once a week every Tuesday
